1. Eligibility for Returns: Products are eligible for returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Damaged products are eligible for refund regardless of packaging condition. You have to provide evidence of damages of the products

2. Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Relaxcation Inc. prior to returning the product. To request a return authorization, please contact our Customer Service team at Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s value. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, or damaged product).
